What should i pay for c.a final registration?

i registered IPCC with ATC on 27th Jan 2009 through DD of Rs.12400/- along with articles. My question is " shall i need to pay again Rs.2000/- for registering Articles training?? or jus Rs.10000/- for Final registration??

i send lots or mail but nobody replies me from icai. even they did not pick my phone from 9 days. every day i tried 15-19 times to call at institute. plzzz reply...
