For example the total cost paying to the builder is 90,25,111 (including GST) . Which is 80,58,136 + 9,66,974 gst.
So should I go for flat consideration value for 90,25,111 or 80,58,136 for registration ?
Builder is saying to put 80,58,136 in the sale deed. But home loan bank is saying to put full value of 90,25,111 in the sale deed.
