Hello friends,
I am problem in setting sleep time. My exam will be held after 1 month and paper timing is 9am to 12pm.
I used to sleep late at night at 2am or 3am and get up at 9pm or 10pm. Now i am trying to change my sleeping schedule as paper will be at 9am. I try to sleep at 12am and try to wake up at 6am. But i feel very lazy,tired and not fresh. And i do not feel studying. SO, i again sleep and wake up at 10am (which is the wake up time when i used to sleep at 2 or 3am). It wastes my time.
I need your advice.
1) Should i go back to my old routine? But if i go back to my old routine then what i should do during exam days when i must be alert at 9am. OR
2) Should i continue my new sleeping routine (i.e 12am to 6am) and feeling tired and lazy go away after some days.
