what salary can Ca finalist, articleship completed should expect in a small/medium firm expect ?.. Would it count as good experience or a company is better to join.

Expect at least Rs. 15,000 p.m in metros at small / Medium Size firms
Expect at least Rs. 8,000 p.m in sub-metros at small / Medium Size firms
Again depends on work exposure during articleship.
