I am a recently qualified CA in a dilemma.
I have job offer for one Finance role and an IDT role from reputed companies.
Unable to decide which one to choose.
please suggest me about their pros and cons.. Also in the long term what would fetch me better growth?

There will be lot of factors here while considering a job offer. But if the job is Finance and accounts it gives you knowledge in all subjects. but if you take only indirect taxation, you will be having indepth knowledge in the same subject and after some experience you can become a consultant for indirect taxation. Think again since once you select your job in future also the jobs will be based on that profile only.
