What next, I have cleared CA

Dear All,

I have now cleared CA, completed GMCS, Completed Articleship.

 

What formalities do I need to go through to take Membership?

 

I have also got other 3 years of experience in good companies + my articleship. Should I go to campus? If yes, then please tell me the procedure.
