There is nothing specific that we have to learn so and as thing at min. to get a job...

all that we learn during our articleship period is very helpfull in our future...

Chosing a type of firm to absorb its experinece depends on our personal interest only...

It depends upon which type of firm you join for training.

Generally speaking,  most of the practising CS firms  are engaged in Formation of Companies, Annual Return Filing, Maintenance of Statutory Records, Routine filing of Change in Directorship, Address, Increase in Share Capital and Allotment of Share Capital etc. 

.

If you join big firms; you may find they are involved in Listing of Shares and Securities, Raising of Share Capital and advising in Corporate Governance to big companies etc. 

.

A vast syllabus is there in CS curriculum and almost all the legal fields  are covered. 

.

Every subject gives a different career which has been included in CS syllabus. 

.

You may recognize the field  in which you have interest and accordingly you should join a firm which is engaged in the field of your interest.
