What ITC can I utilise GSTR 3B or GSTR 2A??
As per my understanding GSTR 2A ITC we can avail.
But it is not our mistake if supplier did not upload invoices then why we should go with GSTR 2A.

(I'm not agreed this one. but) As per GST & it's acts (note acts different & different & more different changes) ITC available through filing of GST returns by suppliers.
It's means govt not says to go with business to non filers of returns... bcoz, they not collect their revenues before GST act...😥😥😥😥😇😇😇😇🙏🙏🙏🙏😂😂😂😂
