I want to set up my financial services business as a partnership firm. I want to setup this business on a space which is registered in the name of my husband and he has no objection regarding it . So , can I suggest this property's address in registeration form for partnership firm . And which form is used and mention the whole procedure with required documents.And also mention that while Partnership Firm registration is in process , can we apply for firm's PAN .
