What is the due date of filing ITC-03 ? (shifted from regular tax payer to composition scheme on 25th March 2018) since somewhere I have seen 30 days, 60 days and somewhere 180 days also.
Secondly though I have filed ITC-03 successfully with offline tool on 16th April 2018. But while making payment (offset liability) : "system error" message is coming. I am trying from last 9 days but same error message come. I have also raised greivance through GST Portal on 16th April but received no reply yet and hence I have also raised greivance through by calling also but getting no positive response they are telling they will check and get back to you. What should I do? Anybody else facing such problem ?
What is late return penalty of ITC-03? since I have taken composition scheme on 25th March 2018 and if there is 30 days for filing than today i.e. 24th April 2018 is due date to me for filing ITC -03.
