What is the contradiction..

Dear, 

Please let me know the Matter to which such sections deals with.

Section 171 deals with issuance of notice of general meeting and section 219 regarding issuance of Financial statements before AGM. But not understanding the contradiction?

Sec 171 describes the length of notice given for a general meeting....i.e, the time before which it out to be posted to the members which is normally 21 days excluding the day of posting and the day of reach......

Where as Sec 219 describes about the right of shareholders to get them Provided with the financial statements of a company............namely Balance sheet and the P&l a/c............

I am saying about contradiction.Where contradiction between two exists?

They both dont contradict with each other...... they are just like the extended explaination of same concept...........
