What is TDS annual return? We are private limited company in Mumbai. What is due date to file TDS annual return. Is it compulsory? Can i file it online? what is procedure for it?

First you have to have a TAN to File your TDS returns of organization...Yes Its mandatory if you are deducted and deposited Taxes..
Currently you can file the returns with TIN Facilitation Centres or online using Digital Signature (for advanced Users)..
You have to use a Software to generate desired Files for Upload of returns...

Filing TDS return is mandatory if you have deducted tax. File quarterly retuns and file a revision return if there are errors in quarterly returns.
