PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS A ACTUAL RATE OF SERVICE TAX IF I HAD AN LABOUR INCOME BY PROVIDING LABOUR SERVICE AND UNDER WHICH SERVICE SHOULD I CLASSIFIED IT ?

The rate of servic etax is 12.36 including csses. If you are a corporate then you need to charge the entire amount ifnot then pay @ rate 12.36 % but on 25 %. The service reciver would pay on 75%.
