In secondment... u can work under some other CA.
like any article is registered under CA.. then such article can apply for secondment. under this article can work under any other CA with the permission of existing and new CA.
under this article will be registered under same old CA.
the period of secondment is max. upto 1 year.
secondment option is chosen for more exposure.
