I am filing returns for a ear doctor who works in a super speciality hospitals. her income is around 3.6 lks and TDS is deducted 36000. I am filing for refund there. I have to mention the profession there but I didn't find appropriate option like medical practitioner or allopathy doctor...what I have to select now?
can I file return on presumptive income basis as the receipt and income is low??

You can file ITR4 and eligible to avail the benefits of presumptive taxation scheme under section 44ADA.
