I am having a short term capital gain in shares of Rs 95000 in FY 2014 - 2015 and i have joined my articles on jan 2015 with pay of 4000/month.
My total income for FY 2014 - 2015 is 99000.
What is my tax liability.
I do not have any TDS

Sir
But i typed my detail in ITR FORM 2 it is calculating 15% on 95000 and tax payable it shows 14250.
Kindly clarify

It is not taxable only for residents (if below exemption limit). U select ur status as RESIDENT, then there will not be any tax liability.
