Regarding way bill, there are two types. One is your own state way bill ; for any material received from other state to your state, your sales tax dept would have prescribed certain waybill (manual or online) like wise the other state supplier will use his own state waybill road permit form for sending the materials to you. Waybill forms are for movement of goods from one state to another state. Manual way bills have to be purchased from the sales tax circle, and if it is online, it has be downloaded from the department website by creating username and password.
