K as a measure of capacity (especially in computer memory) or number (especially of salary), meaning "one thousand" is an abbreviation of kilo.

Haha.. Its not a Joke.. We have to improve the knowledge..

Lets explain me.. "kilo cash" do not form a sentence.. You have to add a suffix with the word "Kilo"..

Like Kilogram, Kilometer, kilowatt and many more..

Kilo is a unit which multiplies the suffix by 1000..
