Duty drawback is a relief by way of refund/ recoupment of custom paid on inputs or raw materials used in the manufacture of export goods.

If we paid in excess in PLA Account and forgot to claim for refund within the stipulated period, then what is the procedure to claim for refund ? Or can we request to the Excise Authority to transfer the amount to our GST credit ledger ?
