11 jan if u file monthly rtn
For monthly GSTR1 i.e turnover > 1.5 cr the due date is 11/01/2019 and for quarterly GSTR1 i.e turnover <1.5 cr it is 31/01/2019

ok .. my due date is showong 11 jan 2019 on GSTN . I was confuswd since my turnover is way less than 1.5 cr. so accoring to it dues date should be 31st jan 2019
anyone please tell me if I need to pay any late fee charges if I file GSTR 1 today ??
I read it somewhere that no late fee charge on GSTR 1.
Late fee is auto calculated in 3B returns if returns not filed before due dates.
