Excel is better as compared to Google Sheets.
Power BI is good. Depending upon once requirement Tableau is better as then Power BI.

You can create personal profile and reports on Tableau free o is web site through its desktop application.
But it will be much costlier if you want ot integrate it with any Third party applications like ERP for business purposes.
