power of attorney  and agency are totally different.

so the difference is pertaining to power of attorney and others.

The contract of agency and a power of attorney differ significantly in a legal application. Even though they have sufficient similarities, their basic meaning and application differ. To decide which is more appropriate in a given case, you should determine the terms under which the person representing you will interact on your behalf with third parties. You can contact a lawyer who will help you understand everything and all the subtleties. When something is unclear to me, I immediately contact the law firm https://ucmjdefense.com/army-military-defense-lawyers-court-martial-attorneys.H T M L. It will always be correct and reliable.
