What is Annual TDS return? Is it compulsory? We are private limited company filing TDS returns quartrly for salaried and non-salaried. Are we required to submit annual return also?

Annual return of TDS has been withdrawn w.e.f. 1.4.2006.

Only quarterly statements shall be filed for both salaried & non-salaried deductees.
.
Last quarter statement filed in Form 24Q is treated as the annual return of TDS.
