Academic Allowances are those allowances which are provided to the employee by the employer for Educational Achievements towards the benefit of the organization or concern.
Whatever the expenditure is actually made by the employee for his academics is fully deducted from the total amount received.
Well details in depth are not available because these allowances are not commonly provided.
