what hotel should charge gst to online company room booking

If online travel company IBIBO books room from my hotel and IBIBO registration is in Hariyana and hotel is at skkim , then what should hotel charge to IBIBO cgst + sgst or igst ?
What is the palace of supply in this case ?

Hi,

I feel it should be at haryana because it is a hotel industry mostly will be set up as partnership or sole proprietary concern So the taxes could be paid centralised.

what is the palace of supply ? Because immovable property is at Sikkim ..

If i will charge cgst and sgst then what can they (IBIBO) claim ITC ? Also they are not asking me for invoices ....they are paying me without my invoice

if they don't ask then you prepare cash bill as cgst and sgst

ohk...sir but company is registered how i will show in B2B if i raise cash bills ...... i want to more knowledge about this case and i want to make my side safe because i am booking for many other online companies
