What happens if not file ITR for Asst Year 2019-20
My friend Turnover is 1.50 crores, what in happens if he doesnot file it return

Pay penalty of 10000 rupees and if subject as turnover exceeds 1 crores rupees tax audit may be applicable
AY 2019-2020 return last date of filing gone long back. You can not file now
