My articleship period was competed 2 days back. What form would i be required to fill out for the termination proceess??
Can the form be downloaded from the institute website or would i need to visit the institute and collect the form in person??

You have to fillup form 108.
But you have to pay late fee, because max time to deposit form is within 1 month from completion of articleship.

why shud he deposit late fees ? as his articleship is completed on 7th jan 2011

you can download the form from icai.org under tab of students
the same can be deposited by 6th feb without late fees at vishwas nagar in new delhi or any other regional office
do not forget to fill two copies of it
one will be handed over to you as acknowledgement on the spot after affixing stamp of ICAI
within one month you will be delivered with a letter of ICAI intimating that your articleship has been recorded as completed !!

As said by ravi, he is correct if you delayed 30 days from ur completion of articalship then u have to pay penalty. Form 108 is too to filled

Initially he has wrongly written other than 2 days. so i told he has to deposit with late fee.
