What Fees to Pay for CA Final

For a student who has cleared PCC and articleship is still goin on...wht fees he has to pay for Final Registration...ie. WITH ARTICLES Rs.10,000 or WITHOUT ARTICLES Rs. 8,500

I am confused please help!!!
