As the name suggests; "Strategic Cost Management and performance evaluation".
it is more improved version of old syllabus "Cost Accounting / Management Accounting" Paper.
Focuses More of Ethical / logical decision making technique unlike just being dependent on numerical calculations.
Takes in to account practical life case studies which is helpful for problem solving and decision making. Not to forget the topics Like - 'Target costing", "kaizen costing", "Lean systems & Innovations" which highlights innovative ways of cost control methods adopted in modern day MNCs, inspired by Japanese techniques of quality & cost control and improvements.
