No !!!! It will be considered that he/she has taken 2 attempts !!!!!!!!!

Dear Ramveer At where it is Written That it will be consider 2nd attempt. Tell me the source

Attempts nt considered in CA. Only for purpose of rank its considered.

Ramveer is right.  It will be taken as passing in 2nd attempt.  First attempt refers to passing both groups simultaneously when you sit for exams first time.  If you fill examination form and then skip exam, it will also be considered your attempt.

Thanks
