What does it mean ......?

Friends and respected sir's , i was posted "some useful site" at forum today, but now it is not seen at popular discussion and even forum , what does it mean  ...... can anyone reply me ...........?   I already send pm to admin but there is no response and it happened with me so many time , i also post at articles but didn't c even one article which was posted by me ....
