Revise the Subjects at regular intervals.... Write the key points in a paper and make an habbit of reading it everyday ( Morning is the better time). Above all have Confidence, believe in yourself and be positive.........
Do you remember you first crush's name ?
Do you remember your school days ?
Do you remember your Facebook password ?
Do you remember your E Mail ID and password ?
IF YES,
then you have a good memory.
So, do not be Nervous at all.
Almost every student face this fear of not been able to recall the text during the exams.
Just study with calm mind.
Revise at regular intervals.
This is all what is required.

Dictate positive message to your brain and slowly it will help you to stay focussed. Your brain needs adequate rest, if you try squeezing it too much with extra pressure, you are bound to get tensed and forget lot of things which in a normal situation would have made you feel cool. Your brain is not a machine, so give it good rest.
