If one goes for one group in first attempt but fails to clear; He goes for both groups in next attempt and gets clear with sufficient marks then would he be eligible to be included in merit list? Coz it was his first attempt with both groups? OR i want to know all the rules and limitations for merit list. Thanks. Someone responisble please reply with correct info.

Hi Sir I M Completed my graduation and i also appeared for c p t for may attempt i have not cleared but I heard that c p t is exempted for graduates . Sir would you please let me know whether I am eligible for i p c e now .

@ Rama

CPT exemption for graduation completed student is not yet approved. Government is expected to approve it in December. So for now you are not eligible for IPCC.

In my opinion, there is no such rule. Even failed students can get rank in their next attempt, if they have given both groups at a time and scored sufficient marks. Merit list is prepared on the overall marks scored by all the students. And the top 50 will be taken. There is no prescribed marks limit to get name in merit list.
