I run a Web development company in Delhi. I need to buy hosting services from an international company that charges in dollars. If that counts as an import of services, what is the legal procedure to do it? Do I only have to get an Import export code and get the GST on RCM basis. Or is there any other thing I have to do before buying hosting or domain services from international company?
