GSTR 1 : Statement of Outward Supply
GSTR 3B : Monthly RETURN

The above mentioned Returns will be applicable for the Taxpayers registered under REGULAR SCHEME.
There is no specific Return for the Builders. So the same is applicable incase of a Builder as well.
