I want to know what will be the status of HUF after the death of Karta, whether it is dissolved automatically or the other member will continue after choosing the Karta from the remaining members....

HELLO. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT WILL BE PROCEDURE TO MAKE OTHER PERSON AS KARTA AFTER THE DEATH OF PRESENT KARTA. IS THE DECLARATION GIVEN OR AMMENDMENT IN HUF DEED ? KINDLY GIVE ME THE FORMAT ALSO, THANKS
