wether a person can do regular Graduation even after clearing CPT or traning is mandatory

A person can do regular Bcom but he can't do articleship simultaneously.
To continue pursuing CA Articleship is must and its better if one does it just after doing CPT

Yes you can do Bcom along with your articleship. It is advisable to start articleship after clearing CPT asap...
