Dear All,
There is a case in which parents of minor are not alive and minor will recive there pension and arrear , which become taxable. My question is
1. Wether minor or RA on behalf of minor can file Income Tax Return
2. same can be filled on Minor's PAN and claim TDS which will be deducted by employer.
