Western region address

I am submitting form 103 to institute by post. I come in western region. The address given in form 103 is of cuffee parade but institue has shifted to bandra .Should I send it to cuffee parade address or bandra kurla complex address? I have asked this on e-sahayata. They told to send it to Bandra address. Suggest where should I send the form.
