The westbengal gov vat deparment have announced the Dematerialised Transit Declaration thorugh online only. but the old manual way bills form 50 can be sued till feb 11. please let me know the date have extended to use the old waybills.

Yes, the date have been extended. You can utilise them upto 30/06/2011 and the way bills which remain unused at the end of June 2011 may be surrendered within 31/07/2011 at the respective Charge Office.
