whether website is capital or revenue expenditure?
if capital expenditure then how it should be depriciated??

website expenses are revenue in nature. this is confirmed by the Mumbai ITAT in the case of DCIT vs Edeweiss Capital Limited ITA No. 3971/Mum/2009 (AY 2005-06)
