Wealth tax returns appliacbilty after the recent amentment

Is it necessary that ALL assesses who are liable to audit u/s 44AB are required to furnish Form BB. ? Or ONLY those assesses whose net wealth exceeds 30,00,000 who are liable to audit u/s 44AB are required to furnish Form BB ..?
