1) HI! I want to know that wheather wealth tax is aplicable to Commrecial building & shops.......if business is not carried out by assesse.
2) & Also if proerty given on rental basis than also Wealth tax is applicable to landloar (assessee)?

wealth tax is applicable in both the cases whether income is earning or not....
in both cases there are wealth ...
