Hi,
If you are deducting WCT from your contractor's bills then you will have to deposit the same to state govt a/c by 7th of next month.
You may issue WCT Certificate to your contractor on monthly basis. Format of certificate may be different in different States. Generaly form 40 is being used for the same.
