I need a clarification about WCT.
I have been informed that WCT can be accounted only when the payment to contractor is already made. Is it right. Let me clarify please.

as per my knowledge
WCT Law is same as TDS Law
it will accounted / deducted on Payment or Credit Whichever is Earlier
