How many ways/means that Right received by the shareholder can be renounced in case of right issue?

Renunciation can be by any way.

1. Letter

2. mail

etc.

I mean only through stock exchanges or any other means? like materialized..etc?

it doesnt mean stock exchange only.

In case of listed company through demat only

In case of private company. physical written letter is enough.
