Waybill expired and mayerials lying in transport
I have despatched material from West Bengal to UP through transport with valid waybill but transporter kept materials at their UP godown forgot to deliver material to customer. Now waybill is expired and transporter is asking me for new waybill.

Issue delivery challan followed by EWB to complete the movement.
