is way bill required for transportation of handloom sarees which has nil rate of tax, from one state to another?

Yes you required waybill in case of transportation og goods worth Rs50,000 or more even if the goods are exempted.so,in your case also you have generate the waybill even if your handloom saares are exempted under GST regime
