I am the government supplier of Sand, my purchase amount of Sand is below 50000 per truck including the cost of transportation and materials(within the same state), kya I required for Gstin way bill registration ?

E way bill registration is not compulsory, e way bill is required where consignment value is more than 50000/-. e way bill can be generated by customer or transporter or buyer.

we can take ITC, e way bill is for movement of goods only, there is no link for ITC.
