As per Rule 138 , it's 50000/- So it cannot be less then 50k, in any state

I am asking weather it's one lac in local sales in Tamil nadu

Coimbatore/Tirupur: Industrialists have welcomed the Tamil Nadu government’s decision to exempt consignment with value of goods not exceeding Rs 1 lakh and a list of notified goods from e-way bill within the state.


While the interstate e-way bill was implemented from April 1 across the country, intrastate e-way bill is in place only in 27 states and Union territories. Eight states, including Tamil Nadu, will implement intrastate e-way bill from Saturday.


On Thursday, the state government issued a notification stating that no e-way bill is required to be generated for the transport of consignment with value of goods not exceeding Rs 1 lakh and a list of goods notified by it.


Agriculture implements like cultivators, ploughs, cutters, solar power pump sets; food products like appalam, pappad, vathal; fresh fruits and vegetables; textile products like hank yarns; and job work and services related to yarn, fabric and garments are among the items exempted from the e-way bill.

How many Km required for E way bill?

For our Tamilnadu (Intra State)

There is no Distance Relaxation In eway bill , it was earlier that upto 10 km u can send your material to Transporter place by Generating A part for further delivery but it increased to 50 km by noti.12/2018.

Distance  clause is 50 kms now for intra state only but not applicable in inter state.

if we want to send within 20km no e-way bill require
direct to party

No required when invoice value less than 1lakh

that's ok if it's more than one lac and 50km exemption is there or not or it's only for delivery
to transport because in some cities transport
Nagar is out of city

No exemption
